POSTAL CHARGES

All orders are subject to a postal fee which incorporates a signature upon delivery. The correct amount will be automatically be calculated via our shopping basket ordering system and is based on the total value of your order and your location as below :

United Kingdom (including Channel Islands)

Orders up to and including £50 will be sent via Royal Mail's "Signed For" service, (until recently known as Recorded Delivery) at a cost of £4.50. As the name implies, a signature is required upon delivery and the package is insured for you by Royal Mail up to £50.

Orders above £51 will be sent via Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service, (used to be known as Registered Post) at a cost of £8.20. This secure service requires a signature upon delivery and the package is insured for you by Royal Mail up to £500, £1000 or £2500 whichever is appropriate to your order value.

Overseas (including Ireland and Europe)

Orders up to and including £50 will be sent via Royal Mail's "International Signed For" service, at a cost of £10.00. As the name implies, a signature is required upon delivery and the package is insured for you by Royal Mail up to £50.

Orders from £51 to £250 will be sent via Royal Mail's "International Signed For plus " service, at a cost of £10. This service requires a signature upon delivery and the package is insured for you by Royal Mail up to £250.

Orders over £250 will need to be sent by courier to ensure their safety. Please contact us for costs.

Clients in South Africa are advised to use a UK or European address due to the poor local delivery service.
We are unable to send items to an overseas PO Box address.
