Eton Volunteer Rifle Corps Victorian shako / helmet plate

Good rare die-stamped white metal strung bugle atop floreated EVRC cypher. Complete with all 4 original pairs of fixing wires.
Raised as 8th Buckinghamshire RVC in 1860, reformed as 2nd Bucks (Eton College) RV 15.6.1878. December 1887 redesigned 4th (Eton College) VB Oxfordshire Light Infantry.
